Service Contract

In this agreement, “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Bangla.Biz or any party acting on Bangla.Biz’s behalf. “You,” “Your,” “Reseller,” “Client,” or “Customer” refers to the individual purchasing the services or any party acting on their behalf. “Member” includes the purchaser and/or any representative acting on the purchaser’s behalf. “The Registrant” means the person applying for a domain or their representative. “The Registry” refers to the relevant domain names registry. “Server” refers to the server equipment we use to provide services. “Website” indicates the allocated area on our server for your online presence. “TOS” includes all terms in this agreement.

Bangla.Biz reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, effective immediately upon posting at https://bangla.biz/terms-of-service. By using Bangla.Biz services, you agree to this contract.

Delivery of Services

Upon payment, you will receive an automated receipt. This receipt includes a unique customer username for future inquiries. Services are generally delivered upon signup completion. If any delays occur, you will be notified via email or phone.

All orders are delivered electronically via email. If you have questions, contact us at sales@bangla.biz. We are available 24/7, year-round and typically respond within 1 hour.

Please note: Import/export restrictions may apply based on local regulations. We do not add charges for VISA or Mastercard payments; the final price is consistent across payment methods.

Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact support. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you are entitled to a refund within 30 days. Refunds are not available after this period.

Exceptions:

• No refunds on domain names, SSL certificates, transfer fees, or services from third parties.
• No refunds for VPS or dedicated servers.
• Refunds are forfeited if services are terminated due to TOS violations.
• Promotional accounts are not eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee.
• Excess funds paid will only be credited, not refunded.

Setup fees are non-refundable, and credit on your account must be used for future purchases.

SLA Conditions

If service uptime falls below 99.9% in a given month, a one-month credit may be claimed within 7 days. Planned maintenance does not affect this guarantee. Dedicated servers have no SLA.

Affiliates

Affiliate links must remain unmodified. Unauthorized spamming or advertising violates our terms and will result in link removal.

Web Hosting

Using Bangla.Biz hosting services indicates acceptance of all terms. Coverage applies to both individual and commercial users; violations by any party with access through your account are considered violations by you.

We provide Webuzo control free of charge but reserve the right to pass on misuse-related charges. Services are available as long as terms are upheld, with the right to terminate for violations.

Suspension and Termination Grounds

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination without notice. Prohibited activities include:

• Legal violations, spamming, or excessive bandwidth use.
• Hosting unauthorized content (e.g., phishing, pirated software).
• Exceeding resource limits (10% CPU usage for >60 seconds).
• Unauthorized access, IP forgery, or server abuse.

Bangla.Biz reserves the right to retain payments as liquidated damages for violations.

Content Policy

Bangla.Biz is not responsible for third-party content accessed through the Service. Customers are solely responsible for filtering objectionable content.

Disputes

Disputes with Bangla.Biz regarding service use must be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with Bangladeshi law and International Law.

Governing Law

This contract is governed by Bangladeshi and International Laws.

Cancellation Procedure

Cancellations must be submitted through the client area. Immediate cancellation terminates service within 24 hours. Ensure cancellation of any automatic payments, as no other cancellation forms are accepted.

Discount Vouchers

One voucher per customer, redeemable for shared, reseller, or dedicated services. Vouchers cannot be partially redeemed.

Payment Policies

Shared/VPS Services:

• 1-3 Days: No action
• 4 Days: Suspension
• 7 Days: Late fee
• 30 Days: Termination

Dedicated Services are suspended immediately upon overdue payments.

Amendments

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued service use implies acceptance of changes. If changes are not acceptable, you may request termination.
